Local AA Support — Here for Those Still Suffering
The Upstate Intergroup is among the few in South Carolina which operates its own 100% volunteer-based hotline service.
I am Responsible. When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of A.A. always to be there. And for that: I am responsible.
We accomplish this by ensuring that when someone calls our hotline, they are connected with a local member who can answer questions and guide them to the rooms.
We are ALWAYS in need of volunteers. Calls are taken at home using your existing landline or mobile device. You share the shift with others, so simply pick your day and shift for each week.
Shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Overnight)
